Our Renovation

We began planning this remodeling  with the idea of making our Grand Victorian Ballroom an ideal room for upscale weddings.

We have incorporated a much more fitting look for corporate meetings and functions.

The Ballroom of the Colonnade has a new sound system that is state of the art.

We have also upgraded our heating and air conditioning systems to be more effective, along with a new energy efficient window system.  

The exterior of the ballroom has been adjusted to mirror our new neighbors (the Hotels) to be built.  And, we added a new exterior fountain at the west end of the building, to glorify our entrance to the ballroom.  

In addition to these changes, we have completely changed every surface with new custom made wall covering, ceiling, carpets, tile, lighting, tables and chairs.  We have retained the double cascading staircase, and enhanced  the waterfall with a new artistic floral feature.  We have also added new granite bar tops, several unusual mirrors and elegant drapery.  Our final product is a result of using quality products and craftsmanship. 

In addition to the  inside waterfall and double winding staircase, the ballroom has its own bars, large dance floor, lavatory facilities, and private entrance.  The elegance of the room sparkles at night with 2 fabulous crystal chandeliers that glimmer off a huge span of windows.  Our most popular Wedding Room.
